Terms of service

Supercraft GSB (gsb.supercraft.host) is operated by Supercraft. Using GSB is subject to the Supercraft terms at supercraft.host/terms. This page summarises the GSB-specific terms that apply on top.

Your account

You are responsible for the projects you create and the games you connect to GSB. You must keep your credentials, API keys, and server tokens secret; leaked keys can be rotated at any time from the dashboard.

Acceptable use

• Do not use GSB for illegal content, harassment, spam, or distributing malware.
• Do not attempt to probe, reverse-engineer, or overload our infrastructure.
• Do not store payment card data, government identifiers, or regulated health data in GSB player documents.
• Treat player data you collect through GSB in line with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA as applicable).

Plans and billing

The Dev plan is free. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly and can be cancelled at any time. See pricing for current plan limits. Overages on the free plan surface as 429 throttling; overages on paid plans follow the soft-window described on the pricing page.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee zero downtime on self-serve plans. Enterprise plans can include a contractual SLA.

Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the canonical Supercraft terms, or applicable law.
